This is the first episode in English of my podcast hosting people I love for a long conversation about their lives. Enjoy! Mike Calabrese is the drummer and co-founder of Lake Street Dive. Look them up if you don't know who they are. I was fortunate enough to spend a few years alongside Mike in a different band and calling him a friend. We talked about the early days of Lake Street Dive, jazz music and education, the band as a family and maintaining healthy relationships in it, paying dues for the music, trust, friendships, love and much more.
